Complexity fees are assessed based on the complexity of the requested artwork. These fees are calculated as a percentage of the original commission price and can range from 10% to 250%. Factors that may contribute to increased complexity include:
* Intricate details: Highly detailed designs or intricate patterns can increase the complexity of the artwork.
* Character poses: Dynamic or complex poses can require additional time and skill.
* Backgrounds: Elaborate or detailed backgrounds can significantly increase the workload.
* Props: Numerous or complex props can also add to the complexity of the artwork.
The exact complexity fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to the client before the commission is started.Rush Fee
* Rush fees will enable your commission to be prioritized and bring you forward in the queue by a
significant amount (est. completion time: 7 - 14 days).
* Rush fees will incur a price increase of 50-100% the original price, depending on the size of the
project and the timeframe provided.
* As a safety measure, it is highly advised that you place your order AT LEAST 7 days before your
required deadline.
* Estimated project start dates can be given upon request but cannot be fully guaranteed.
* Dates provided are subject to change, details are to be discussed should the client have set dates.Refunds

agreed otherwise by my own confirmation. Past the sketching stage there will be NO REFUNDS.
* I can only refund around 80% if there are errors in PayPal fees, taxes and/or transfer fees.
* The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.

* If you wish to use the commissioned artwork commercially, the price will be agreed upon upfront and
will include any royalties.
* The minimum price increase for commercial use is an additional 200% and oftentimes can range to 500%

* If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100%
accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately
draw your character. Shading on potential pieces will also play a part in this.

SECTION V. Workflow ProcessOrdering
* You are expected to have read and understood my rules.
* If a commission request was made in google forms, you are expected to have spoken with me to
confirm the piece you’re looking to purchase has been accepted. Your commission slot is only confirmed
once you receive a response from me discussing the details (as needed). Before taking part in any
transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details.
* Once full payment has cleared, the client's commission will be added to the artist's work queue.
* I reserve the right to make changes to your request (ex: due to artistic style) as I see fit unless otherwise
discussed. To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make note of the
required details and elements in the form.
* If your commission is highly detailed in any aspect, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details.
This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission
request (eg. change a character, agree to simplified design changes) before the transaction is complete.
* Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations, so as to make the note clear to read.
* Any emails, private messages, and comments that you send must be in English. Miscommunication due
to mistranslation is at fault of the client.
* After everything is processed and confirmed, an invoice will be sent. You need to confirm the payment
with me before I start your order.Queue / Scheduling / Work Speed / Deadlines
* I will usually take up to 3 - 7 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.
* You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to
payment.

* Updates will be sent directly to the client only upon sketch completion, lineart completion, and
flat color completion.
* The artist may not be available to answer emails/reply on holidays, scheduled days off work, or
emergencies. If you do not receive a reply within a few days, I encourage you to resend your message.
* Quotes may be provided
at the client’s request. They do not represent the final price. They are only an estimate at the time
of sending and can be changed at any point in the future at the artist’s discretion
* I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance. I reserve the right to take up
to 1 week to begin work on your project, and an additional 2 - 6 weeks to work on said project as needed.
* If due dates are discussed, it is also the clients’ responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will
not be held responsible for late delivery.
* No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.
* I will work on commissions randomly. Due to variation of difficulty and time necessary for different requests,
slots may not be completed in chronological order.
* You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.Revisions And Feedback
* I will send WIP (‘work in progress’) images after 100% of the payment is completed.
* These images will come in the form of .jpg or .png files as an attachment in the email or a DM.
* The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
* I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to
amend it.
* I will only send a WIP for the Sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time. However,
requests must be reasonably spaced (one WIP every 7 days unless given to you voluntarily) so as to avoid
harassment and interruption of workflow.
* Up to two major revisions can be made during the drafting/sketching phase of the commission. Only
minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards, unless a fee is paid. The fee will depend
on the nature of the change.
* The Artist reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference
(i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) or if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.
* The artist will not change the character if the commission has already been started.
* Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me. If no suggestions are
requested the client is held responsible for dissatisfaction with incorrect details.
* After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or
inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).
* In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.
* I will not be held responsible for any changes in ownership of the said character.Commission Final Product
* There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
* The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.
* I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces
the artistic quality of the piece.
* Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.
* You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
* Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most
files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
* I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it
there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should
have your own copy for personal use.
* Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages.
* Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, may result in blacklisting.Skeb
* This is a "Surprise Me" commission, there are no revisions. I will do my best to fulfill your request based on
descriptive text and character references.
* It is a round trip of “Send a request” and “Make a delivery,” and there will be no halfway exchanges. This is
not suitable for commissioning.
* Estimates, meetings, and retakes are prohibited, and clients can, in principle, use the works for their profile
images and personal appreciation. Instead, you will be able to have the creator draw your favorite artworks at
a cheaper price than the official commissioning.
* The degree of perfection will be decided by creators and clients cannot challenge creators about the degree
of perfection.
* Creators do not need to follow any details, such as characters, compositions, resolutions, differences, and
file formats. If you cannot agree on the condition that you will be fine with whatever the deliverable will be,
you cannot use this service.
* As the details and the degree of perfection are not guaranteed, if you thought “It is not a cheap price,” please
refrain from using the service.Adoptables / Designs
* No refunds are provided for adopts. All sales are final. No holds. No Payment plans.
* Edits to the original adoptable art are allowed. Edits not made on the artist’s original art are permitted,
feel free to make whatever edits you'd like.
* Upon sale, the full-resolution image will be provided to the client through the platform of the artist’s choice.
* If Creating a twin/minimally edited or any type of Alternative version of an adoptable (whether that
be human/feral form, the design as a closed species, or anything else), they must be owned by the same
person. When rehoming, they must be sold or traded together. Splits of these alt versions are not permitted.
* All adopts are non-commercial by default. The client may use the character for personal use and the artist
must be credited as the creator of the design. Commercial use is allowed and will incur a fee.
* Adoptables may be resold, traded, or vouchered.
* Once traded and/or vouchered, they may still be resold.
* Adoptables may not be sold for more than they are worth. Adding on the price of commissions
that you have paid for is fine.
* Adding your own art/drawings you've done of them to their worth is permitted.
* When the adoptable is purchased, any works of theirs must be kept appropriate to their age.
Other
* By providing the client with a line of communication with the artist, the client agrees to act in a
professional manner.
* The client may not redistribute the artist’s contact (personal emails, phone number, address) in any
way unless agreed upon by the artist in advance.
* Should any terms of service be breached, or the artist incurs damages caused by the client, the
artist reserves the right to either issue a takedown DMCA notice or pursue damages through Copyright.
